WILF: - Correct technique for throwing the discus and shotput

My best event was shot-putt because I came 2

WALT: develop the skills or batting, bowling, throwing, and fielding in cricket

WILF: 

- overarm throwing when fielding

- catching with hands held like a basket

- straight arm bowling

- eyes on the ball and move the bat all the way through when batting

The skill I am best at is discuss because I have enough strength to throw the shot-putt

My next step is to bet Ava and come 1st

Terese Clive Primary School 57 School road Clive 4102 Hawkes bay Tuesday 15 November 2016 Dear Terese I am writing this letter to say thank you! Thank you for helping at camp.I really enjoyed going to Mountain Valley. One of my favourite things I did at camp was the mud run. I liked the mud run because the mud was hot when it was a cold day. I also liked going through the mud thinking it was up to your ankles but it turned out it was up to my thigh. Another thing I liked doing was the bivvys. I liked it because in the middle of the night I rolled out of the bivvys and woke up under the stars that looked like shining diamonds. It was funny waking up under the stars because it was wet from the dew and cold so my sleeping bag got wet. So I had to sleep in a wet sleeping bag. My favourite thing I did with you was staying in the cabin with you. Thank you for helping me when I felt sick. I hope you enjoyed camp and helping us, thank you! Yours faithfully, Ruby

On monday 19th September the kapa haka group performed at a festival at Bay city. We performed for 15 minutes. I felt really excited and scared

As me and Sian slumped over  the river. The dog pushed me and Sian in the river. It was cold. We quickly came out of the river and we tried to dry ourselves.

My holidays

In the second week of the holidays we went to Lake Tarawera near Rotorua. We stayed near the blue lake.  I went with my mum,  nana and sister. 

The blue lake was really  clear and there was lots of black swans.  The  birds were swimming in the lake there was lots of them.  There was two big fat wood pigeons and sparrows up the tree. 

We went to the lowjs in roterrower. My nana, mum, hannah and me went down the low. My nana and mum was screaming down the lows it was so funny. I crasht in to the people in front of me.

We drove past the gissors it was rank,  it smelt like rotten eggs mixed with a fart.  It was discussing. The gissors would pop out of everywhere.  It stunk you could  smell them it town.  You could not get away.

Journey to Pluto

Task: write a set of instructions on how to get from Earth to a planet of your choice.

WALT:

- a chosen planet’s location in the solar system.

- a chosen planet’s distance from earth.

- planets you will pass by to get to the chosen planet.

- obstacles that may be on the journey, e.g. Atmosphere, moons...

 he Called it. He liked his rainbow jandals but one slight problem the gorillas didn't like them because  you know gorillas are sooo fussy. So one day he went for a walk and got a key stuck on his foot AAAA. Someone caught him And put him in a cage. He got very  scared and worried. Someone took him to a white room. He was so scared the lady took the key off his foot and noticed the Rainbow jandals and Said what a weird duck

This is my project about going to school safely. Some hazards on my way to school might be dogs, cars, strangers, people riding bikes. When I come to school I look left and right before crossing the road. I wear shoes to protect my feet.
